Job Description NFIB

  • Primary responsibility: provide a holistic understanding of the NFIB member and develop marketing strategies designed to ensure member retention, increase member engagement, and increase new customer acquisition.
  • Compile and analyze statistical data. Capture KPIs and provide strategic recommendations based on hard data that inform business strategy. 
  • Monitor statistics and trends pertaining to satisfaction, competitive research, brand awareness, and brand positioning.
  • Write and edit three direct reports: Loyalty, First Year and Communications, with subsets devoted to key metrics.
  • Conceive, lead, and conduct other qualitative and quantitative research studies that drive strategic and tactical marketing, business, and brand decisions. 
  • Lead coordination with vendors for outsourced projects.
  • Provide data for use in web content, outbound marketing materials, communications, sales materials, direct marketing, and social media.
  • Define each market segment for lead generation.
  • Archive key marketing findings in a WordPress site.

  • Primary role as Research Analyst: create actionable content through market research applications, both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Take the raw data, analyze it, and clearly communicate through a written report the story told by the data.
  • Develop and implement marketing programs aimed at translating the issues and opportunities for clients into appropriate analytics questions and solutions.
  • Use insights to inform and develop future marketing-related enhancements, tactics, and processes.
  • Plan, lead strategy, and implement custom market research projects.
  • Perform ad-hoc deep dives to facilitate market data requests.
  • Lead client management. Brainstorm, plan, organize, offer insight, and deliver content to help the client succeed.
  • Follow up with client on issues when requested.
